Pre-Order Information

What is a pre-order item?

When an item in our stock sells out, you can pre-order before it becomes available to guarantee getting the item. During pre-order, we continue to make the item and will send it to you once we complete production.

Are pre-orders capped/ is there a limit?

Pre-orders are not capped so you can purchase as many as you would like (within the time period). If the website shows any size out of stock, please contact help@pikarar.com for help!

When will pre-ordering shirts be available?

Pre-orders are open from July 8 2024 (10AM PST). TBD on close off date; we originally closed it July 14 but our printer was able to accommodate for more shirts! We will be closing it off when either 1) the maximum shirts we can accommodate for hits or 2) we need to focus more on shipping orders. Order now before it closes officially, no exceptions.

When will pre-orders ship out?

All pre-orders take 1 month to make. It may take up to 1.5 months depending on how many there are to print. Updates will be posted on social media, or you can email help@pikarar.com for any questions.

After production is finished, shipping time will vary depending on your location, please see our shipping information below.

Will my non pre-order items ship with my pre-order items?

Yes, your entire order will ship together. This means: your entire order will ship when the pre-order item is finished. If you would like other non pre-order items to ship first, please place them in a separate order.

Will you be printing more shirts after the pre-order window?

The yellow crane shirt will not be re-printing after the pre-order window. Leftover stock may be available at events, conventions, and online for Patrons only. The Shibe Room shirts may still re-print.

If I miss the pre-order window, will these shirts be available for purchase?

The yellow crane shirts will not be available for purchase online after the pre-order window; leftover stock will only be available at events and online for Patrons in September. Follow us on social media for an update. The Shibe Room shirt will be available for purchase online.

Can I exchange or change my pre-order?

If you would like to change your order, please email help@pikarar.com BEFORE your item ships; we can help with this. If you have already received your item, please see our return policy below. We can make exchanges if the item is available (pre-orders are very limited).

If you would like a refund, please email help@pikarar.com BEFORE your item ships. Once the item has already been sent, we do not offer returns. Please see our return policy below.

Shipping & Returns

What are your delivery times?

The turn around time for packing and shipping orders is 7 to 14 business days. Shipping times may vary: generally once shipped, domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on your location. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 5 weeks.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and will depend on your location. We ship out from Seattle, WA USA.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the States?

International shipping is available for most countries. Keep in mind that your country may require you to pay customs before you are able to receive your package. If you are unable to pay for customs, the items will be sent back to me. If your country is not available when you place an order, please email me at help@pikarar.com with your country and zip code so I can add it to my system!

What is your return policy?

After orders are shipped out, orders are nonrefundable. However, items can be exchanged. The merchandise must be unworn/unused and in its original packaging to be exchanged; distressed or merchandise that has been washed, are not eligible for returns. We will not provide pre-paid shipping labels or boxes for returns, so you may return an order through a carrier of your choice. Upon receiving your item, if it’s damaged or incorrect, please send us an email within 10 days of arrival with your name, order number, a description of your situation, and include photos; we can work together to send you replacements. If your item hasn’t been sent yet and you would like to change or cancel your order, please send us an email at help@whitesquirrel.com.

My Order

Can I track my order?

You can select the option to track and get a tracking number for your order. Tracking allows us to determine the exact location, estimated shipping time for your order, and contact the carrier if your package is lost. If your package gets lost, and you did not purchase tracking, we will not be able to provide more information or reimburse you.

Can I combine or split my order?

If you purchased two orders and would like to combine them, please email help@whitesquirrel.com with the subject line “Combine Pikarar orders [order #] and [order #]”. If you are trying to split an order into multiple orders or locations, you will have to make separate purchases since the shipping will be calculated differently per location. Please contact us if you still have questions related to your order.

What if I ordered the wrong size or product(s)?

If your order has not yet been shipped, send us an email at help@whitesquirrel.com with your name, order number, and the items you would like swapped so we can help you.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Within 10 days of arrival, send us an email at help@whitesquirrel.com with your name, order number, the item(s) incorrectly received, photos, and the item(s) you meant to get. We will help you as soon as we can!

Do you offer returns for faulty item(s)?

Upon receiving your item, if it’s damaged or incorrect, please send us an email within 10 days of arrival with your name, order number, a description of your situation, and include photos; we can work together to send you replacements. If your item hasn’t been sent yet and you would like to change or cancel your order, please send us an email at help@whitesquirrel.com.

Do you take commissions?

What are your apparel sizes?

How do I care for apparel and homegoods?

For apparel and blankets, we recommend you hand wash or machine wash with cold water. You can hang dry or tumble on low heat. For rugs, we recommend spot cleaning; do not machine wash.

I'm a business, can I buy wholesale?

Are you at conventions or festivals?

Pikarar is confirmed for Sakura Con, U District Street Fair, Renegade Seattle, Anime Expo, and Smol Art Mart Seattle. Visit my socials for more up to date news.

What tools do you use for your art?

I mostly work on my IPad Air Pro (10.9” 64GB) with the Apple Pencil Gen 2. Sometimes I do draw on my computer; I have the Wacom Touch and Fun Tablet and I use programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fire Alpaca. I used to use Paint Tool Sai when I was drawing on the PC. Today the app I primarily use on my Ipad is Procreate– you can buy it on the Apple Store for a small fee! My favorite brushes are the sketch tools: HB, 6B, and Bonobo Chalk.
